AI Voice HQ provides AI phone ordering and related dashboard services for restaurants. This policy explains the information we process to answer calls, create orders, provide support, and improve service quality.
Information We Process
We may process call audio, transcripts, order details, phone numbers, restaurant configuration, menu data, support communications, and usage analytics. Calls play a notice that they may be recorded for training.
Recordings And Retention
Call recordings are retained for 24 months unless a different retention period is required by contract or law. Recordings and transcripts support order review, quality monitoring, customer support, and service tuning.
Payments
When restaurants offer pre-payment, customers may receive restaurant-branded payment links. AI Voice HQ does not retain PCI card data.
